1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiji5 ("jiji5," "the Platform," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of the jiji5 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services accessible through jiji5.org.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on jiji5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use jiji5.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with jiji5's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

2. Definitions

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on jiji5.org.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's jiji5 wallet, including both real-money and bonus funds where separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits granted to a Player as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, including age, identity, and address verification required under PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" — the jiji5 online casino website, mobile site, and associated applications operated at jiji5.org.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who does not meet jiji5's eligibility requirements, including persons under 21 years of age and residents of restricted jurisdictions.

3. Eligibility

To register and use jiji5, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jiji5 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.

jiji5 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

4. Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on jiji5. Duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If jiji5 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered may be closed and associated balances forfeited, including any winnings accumulated on the duplicate accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to keep your account information up to date. jiji5 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorized by you, whether or not such activity was actually undertaken by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jiji5 support immediately via live chat. jiji5 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jiji5 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Accepted identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, and other government-issued Philippine photo identification. jiji5 may additionally request proof of address and source of funds documentation in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jiji5 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published in the jiji5 cashier section. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your jiji5 wallet immediately for GCash and Maya, and within the processing window of the relevant bank for bank transfer methods. jiji5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. jiji5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya (1–2 business hours for verified accounts); bank transfers (1–3 business days); USDT TRC20 (within 24 hours). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or for accounts undergoing compliance review.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on jiji5 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the context of USDT cryptocurrency transactions, which are settled at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on jiji5 are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. The general principles below apply across all game categories:

• Wagers are final once confirmed. jiji5 is not responsible for wagers placed due to Player error, including incorrect amounts or selections made in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — jiji5's records shall be the definitive record of the game state. jiji5 will endeavor to resolve disputes arising from technical malfunctions fairly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per session. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering.
• jiji5 reserves the right to void wagers placed under irregular circumstances, including suspected exploitation of system errors, software bugs, or abnormal gameplay patterns.
• Game outcomes on all RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) are determined by certified random number generation technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel) operated by trained dealers under live supervision.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jiji5 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in their respective promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed from the account.
• jiji5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their bonus terms honored unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiji5 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Accessing jiji5 on behalf of or in collusion with another person to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or responsible gaming tools.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made on jiji5 through payment processors.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward jiji5 staff or other Platform users.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jiji5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jiji5 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and returned to the Player upon satisfactory resolution, subject to applicable Philippine law.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting jiji5 customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect a Player's right to withdraw any remaining verified balance after completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jiji5, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the property of jiji5 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any jiji5 content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses.

jiji5's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim.

jiji5 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. jiji5 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

jiji5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jiji5.org/privacy-policy, and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering and using jiji5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

jiji5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Players. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and jiji5's own responsible gaming standards, the following tools and policies are in effect:

• Age Verification: jiji5 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement through KYC verification. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposits returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time notifications to alert them when a defined gaming period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion through jiji5 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and jiji5 will not market to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiji5, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jiji5's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved through this process within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jiji5's decisions on game outcomes based on its certified RNG and game records are final. Disputes relating to technical malfunctions will be investigated using jiji5's server-side transaction logs, which shall serve as the authoritative record.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jiji5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on jiji5.org, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of changes.

Your continued use of jiji5 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
